Biden Re-defining Gender – Title IX Call to Action!

We have been warning you for months of the Biden regime’s radical “woke” intentions to change Title IX to redefine “sex”.   Well, the rule change has just been announced, to define “sex” to include sexual orientation, and gender identity.  It is now YOUR TURN to flood the Department of Education (DOE) with public comments.  Tell that decrepit, child hair-sniffing creepy Joe, what you think of his perverted plans.

Of course, the dishonest regime “Invites” public comment in the title of the press release “The U.S. Department of Education Releases Proposed Changes to Title IX Regulations, Invites Public Comment“, but then provides zero information or a link on HOW to submit public comment.  Are you surprised?  Click the link to see for yourself.

• Title IX was meant to promote women’s athletics. Biden’s regulatory rule to redefine “sex” to include “gender identity” will upend Title IX and significantly harm biological women competing in sports.
• Women will lose out on scholarships, resulting in lost educational and career opportunities. This new rule will allow biological men to rob women of not just their trophies, but their scholarships too. This impacts corporate boardrooms—one study revealed that 94% of senior female executives played competitive sports.  Any male who comes along claiming that he is a “she” must be allowed to compete against genuine women in sports.  Anyone with a tiny bit of common sense knows that men have in-built physical advantages over women in athletics.  Essentially trans-women will be allowed, encouraged, to cheat in competition against women.  We’ve seen that farce at the University of PA.
• This rule change puts women and girls at risk of serious physical harm. Women and girls will be forced to occupy the most private of places with men—including dorm rooms, locker rooms, bathrooms, overnight accommodations, and any other safe, sex-segregated areas.Think of it — a self-defined Trans-“She” will be given access to womens’ bathrooms, locker rooms, dorms!  What a wonderful opportunity for a sexual predator!  We’ve seen that insanity result in actual sexual assault of a real girl by a trans-“girl”  — and and the official cover-up in Loudon County, VA.  Yet the Biden regime clearly wants this to happen again!Do YOU want your daughter, grand-daughter, niece, sister, wife to become another sexual assault victim, or unfair competition victim of the woke?
• Students will be in jeopardy of losing funding at their schools. The Left claims to be pro-student, but any school that maintains safe and separate bathrooms and locker rooms for males and females will be at risk of losing federal funding.
• This issue is bigger than just sports, and it affects our sons as well as our daughters. Teaching children to question their biology and gender is untested and unscientific. Young children and developing adolescents are being harmed by this woke political agenda. After sex-reassignment surgery, transgender-identified people are nearly 20 times more likely to die from suicide than the general population.  The left intends to destroy your children, and destroy your family!
• Don’t redefine our daughters and sons’ identities. Up to 98% of children who struggle with their sex as a boy or girl come to accept their sex by adulthood. Our boys and girls need educators and mentors to support parents as they raise strong, loving, and intelligent men and women. At school, students should receive education and reinforcement, not a government imposed identity crisis.

Learn even more about the issue, and find suggestions for posting to social media, and submit your personal, individual comments to the DOE.  The DOE must respond to EVERY unique comment.  Imagine how 100,000 comments would choke the evil DOE!

So, don’t just copy and paste — put your opinion into your own words, tell your own story about your experience enjoying the protections of Title IX, your own family member’ experience in sports.  Have any of your family members been tragically impacted by sexual assault — tell the truth to power — tell the story!   And share this message with everyone you know, and encourage them to submit their comments.
